The Bloomington City Council passed the City's budget at 56 million dollars on a vote of seven to two and contention about roundabouts.Monroe County government has entered into a mutual aid agreement with six surrounding counties. The Monroe County Public Library is going forward with a bond to help cover budget shortfalls expected in 2013. A panel discussion with local education leaders and Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction. CATS Week is a joint project of Community Access Television and Bloomington Community Radio, WFHB.
