Dr. Vukan Vuchic is a Professor of Transportation Engineering at University of Pennsylvania, specializing in city planning. Vuchic was a recent speaker in an ongoing series of local events organized by the advocacy group Bloomington Transportation Options for People, working to bring about a more sustainable culture through support of alternatives to auto transport.
