Sean Meyer is a nuclear weapons policy expert and project manager of the U.S. Nuclear Weapons Policy Initiative with the Union of Concerned Scientists. He spoke in Bloomington last night invigorated by what he calls the renewed and urgent national bipartisan discussion of the role and future of nuclear weapons. Indiana should have a critical role in this discussion through Senator Lugar and Senator Bayh and their votes on key issues such as whether to ratify the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty.
