 WFHB SUBBING POLICY: Each WFHB programmer is responsible
 for seeking their own replacement programmer when an air shift
 can't be covered for whatever reason. Besides phoning or emailing
 other WFHB programmers, programmers seeking subs should post the
 specifics to WFHB Music Programming Director: Jim Manion
 
 Each sub need posting is added to the ongoing "SUB SCENE" list.
 Only trained and authorized programmers can sub WFHB air shifts.

 Please keep an eye on the daily SUB SCENE and notify Program Director
 as soon as sub is lined up. Merely posting an open air shift to
 spot-online does not relieve programmer of their responsibilities for
 finding a replacement. Please do not leave town without notifying
 Jim Manion on the status of any sub situation.
