 <title>Interchange - Labor in Indiana: The Vectren Lock Out &amp; the Right to Work Bill</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Host Alycin Bektesh speaks with Bob Fox and Fred Jones, business agents from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers local 1393 about a the role of unions and the proposed Right to Work bill in the Indiana General Assembly. IBEW 1393 was able to successfully negotiate and improved contract after being locked out by the Vectren Utility company in Bloomington in December, but the Right to Work bill passed in the House Labor Committee on January 10th will likely permanently weaken unions statewide from similar successes.&lt;/p&gt;
